Following in the footsteps of Chris Brogan’s “Three Words for 2011”, this is the condensed version of what I wrote earlier about my 2011 points of reference:
- Resources—realize there are resources other than myself, and use them.
- Records—Not just recording what I do through the year, but becoming able to organize and use those records to expedite finding solutions.
- Spirituality—Establish better spiritual discipline.
